Where were you before us? What have you tried before?
We had only tried traditional marketing relating on word of mouth and our developing reputation in the community. Simple adverts in the local free papers and sign boards at sports venues were costly with not great returns.
When we first started working together, what was the first benefit you noticed?
The first benefit was that the practice and brand I had created was being seen by a larger audience and raising awareness of who we are and where they can find us. Seeing people from local towns and villages that wouldn't naturally of found us was very rewarding.

Firstly, working together has proven to me personally, that social media marketing does work and the hype surrounding it, is based on results I have now witnessed for myself. It has helped me overcome my 'mindset' that this won't work or can't work for me and my practice.
